U S Narcotics Commissioner said 209 pounds of heroin hidden in six suitcases was found in a shack behind a trailer. The shipment valued at about 18.5 million in raw form would fetch around 100 million after dilution. Conder, a 15 year Army veteran, allegedly accepted ten thousand dollars to allow the cargo into America. Conder and family moved from Orleans near Paris to Ft Benning in October.
