Christmas Pageant at Methodist Temple Presented by Children
The Methodist Temple hosted a Christmas pageant and a play “Finding the Christmas Story” by the Primary and Junior departments. Nursery singing opened the event with “Praise Him,” and Kindergarten Choir performed “Away In The Manger” and “Dear Little Jesus.” The cast included Mrs. R. P. Whittaker as narrator and numerous children in roles such as Mary Joseph shepherds and wise men. Santa Claus distributed gifts after the program with Rev. L. D. Roe leading a prayer.
