About 3000 in merchandise was stolen including 475 green machine kits and various drill bits. The incident was reported to the Wyoming County State Police and the Wroming Sheriff's department.

Rescue Calls For Beckley Fire Rescue Squad
Beckley fire rescue crews responded to 424 G St at 9 a.m. to aid A W Calloway 77 who was given oxygen and sent to BARH. John Henry Smith 65 was aided at 113 Segmond St at 7 35 p.m. Saturday and taken to BARH by private car. Karen Sue Mundy 29 of Soulsville was cited for failing to yield. Her car collided with a truck driven by Samuel W Vandall 68 of Midway on U S 16 in MacArthur. Damages were estimated at 500 to the car and 300 to the truck.
