A three year old girl Victoria Conn was found dead in bed at her rural Greenup County home. Deputies report death from exposure and malnutrition with bruises. Four or five other children were present as police arrived. Parents, 60 year old man and 38 year old woman, were reportedly in Arizona. Authorities seek to contact them.
