Willard Toney of Prosperity was sentenced to six months in Raleigh County Jail and fined $5 and costs at arraignment Tuesday before Magistrate Cotton White on a peace warrant. Accident Chain Reaction From Braked Parked Car
A four year old boy released the emergency brake on his father Henry F. Lynn Jr.’s parked car on McCreery Street at 4 20 p m Tuesday causing a chain reaction. The Lynn vehicle hit Gloria Vila’s car, which hit Max Carpenter’s car, which hit Edward Canterbury’s car. Damages to all four vehicles were slight and no injuries were reported. Fatal blast at Fountain of the World cult headquarters
