State funds for teachers pay slated for December
Charleston officials learned that state funds to cover teachers salaries for the third month will be distributed before Christmas, possibly next week. Auditor Sims and Treasurer Talbott reviewed accounts as a $1,225,000 total is needed, with a board meeting anticipated once the work is finished.
