Christmas Service Held By BYF Rally At Rockcastle Church
Six members and one sponsor from Toneda Baptist Youth Fellowship attended a Rockcastle BYF rally at Rockcastle Baptist Church in Rockview. The program focused on The Five Christmas Candles with readings, songs, and devotion led by Roxie Borders and Rev. Harry Stevens. About 190 BYF members and guests shared refreshments after the event.

Miss Judy Barber of Oceana and Pvt. John O Blackwell of Fort Lee Virginia have announced their engagement. Barber is a senior at Oceana High School where she leads the Tomahawk Times staff and holds multiple journalism honors. Blackwell is a May 1960 Oceana graduate and is stationed at Fort Lee Virginia with the Army. Wedding plans are incomplete.
