Employers urged to omit draft status questions in ads
Capt David M. Cleary urged businessmen to remove terms like draft exempt from help wanted ads and interviews to aid reservists and National Guardsmen. He warned that interviewing questions about military status hurt citizen soldiers and could erode guard and reserve forces in tough times. The report lists several individuals connected to the discussion and notes a funeral service later for the Gunter family.
