Board Suit Dismissal Sought by Wyoming County Board
A motion to dismiss a civil suit against the Wyoming County Board of Education was filed in Wyoming Circuit Court by Wyoming Prosecutor Atty. D. Grover Moler. Moler says the original action was improper and notes seven of eight plaintiffs signed affidavits disclaiming any connection to the case.

Chatham England. Alan Mason, a service station owner, agreed to remove a red and white flag from a boat outside his office after a dockyard policeman informed him the flag signified a vice admiral was in residence. Mason said the dinghy was part of a car trade and he did not know the flag's navy meaning until the rear admiral complained.
