Funeral services incomplete for Milton R. French
Milton Robert French, 67, died at home at 11:48 p m Sunday after years of ill health from a heart ailment. Born December 9 1882 in Bland County Virginia he moved to Arizona at 20 then to Princeton where he resided. He served as Mercer County deputy sheriff and later worked as a guard at the West Virginia State Penitentiary a Princeton policeman and a Virginian Railway special agent. Survivors include his widow Della Parsons his daughter Mrs Mark Mandeville of Charleston his son Robert French of Washington D C a sister Mrs Gussie Morris of Charleston and two brothers Wirt and Kenna French of Arizona.

Judge Wagner banned association with James Brewster and Chester Skeens. Other defendants received probation. some cases postponed to October 16. A maiming charge against Dennis Preston and a false pretense charge against Roy Wells were nolled.
