Phoenix officials organize a city sponsored Visitors Club offering weekly sightseeing tours to points of interest. Louis Messinger of the Parks and Recreation Department founded it as a hobby over a year and a half ago. The club limits tours to 30 people per bus and includes a desert campfire picnic with food and coffee. An East-origin couple, Mr and Mrs William Haine, who joined early, have attended nearly every trip and were married last February.
