Board Approves Grease Truck Plan for Fayette County Buses
Fayette County school buses will be serviced by a grease truck built in the school bus garage by the chief mechanic A W Oredorff and helpers. The driver will assist bus drivers with greasing tires and checking rims as well as tires. Five motorists were arrested in Mullens for road violations with three fined ten dollars and others facing charges. Neal Johnson Jr was fined twenty five dollars for reckless driving. A cash bond was forfeited by James McComas for failing to appear on a separate charge. Patricia Lynn Goble was born to Mr. and Mrs. William J. Goble of Kopperston weighing eight pounds one ounce on April 4.
