St Louis September 29 The saloon purse of 30 dollars featured mile heats free for all with Larkin Transit and Malcolm. Malcolm won heat one and was withdrawn in heat two while Larkin took heats two and three. Time 0 17 0 474 1 53 Plantagenet Walford and Victory contested the post stable event for four year olds with Plantagenet winning in two straight heats. Walford was distanced in heat one. Malcolm was favored in the first race and Walford favored in the second.
