The neighbor expostulated with him, when he commenced abusing her. A boy of fifteen years, coming in shot him with a revolver, killing him. ABRACTED. Meneris, Oct. 28 - James Speed, ticket agent on the Memphis & Louisville rail was garroted and robbed of a valuable watered chain, on Maine street, at 7 o'clock last evening.
