Reductions in two firemen pensions were ordered by the Firemen's Pension fund board to conform to the recent legislature act. Emma Kuhlman saw her monthly total drop from 85 to 38.10 with five children. Hade’s pension was cut from 15 to 33 while her husband earns 66. Weibring was awarded 38.10 and retired after 21 years, with a prior injury in 1914. Engler’s claim was denied as the law took effect in 1909.
