Oil Boom Hopes Rise as Billings Well Drills On

Geologists and industry men project oil bearing sands soon, with plans and branch offices already in place. Billings anticipates a flood of home seekers as Montana’s 1916 immigration momentum grows, including Russian families headed for sugar beet work.
