Sunday school picnic with Illinois State band plans
The St Jacobi Lutheran church announces its annual Sunday school picnic for Thursday June 28 in Southpark. An Illinois State band will perform and there will be drills contests and races. Children assemble at 8:45 am at the school house and march by parade at 9 am along a designated route ending near Southpark. Afternoon program runs 1:15 to 3 pm with patriotic songs flag and wand drills and contests for all grades followed by prize distribution.
