The contest to unseat Mayor Millman, filed by former Mayor Chambertin, was dismissed after a recount reduced Millman’s plurality to 14. The court found about 15 000 total votes with more than 200 disputed ballots. A circuit judge passed on the disputed ballots and upheld Millman’s 22 vote margin.
