West conflicts of authority shake Salt Lake liquor store
In Salt Lake on August 27 a police squad acting under city authority gutted Gentile liquor dealer Paul Elgebrecht's store and wrecked stock worth about 20000 dollars after an appeal from a Police Court decision to the District Court.
