Springfield Ill April 25 In the constitutional convention the judiciary article was taken up and section 15 struck out by motion rejected. Amendment limiting circuit judges to four was adopted with 16 and sections 17 to 32 passed. Many amendments offered but limited changes. Section 32 amended to allow counties with 59000 population to form a circuit court for nine months annually.
