Tow Hill Conservatives Reorganize Amid Local Tensions
A Tow Hill assembly on Nov 17 reestablished the Northern Graham Island Conservative Association with E W Baker as president and 16 old-guard members in the core. New joiners were allowed, but voting was restricted to previous members, provoking friction over representation and local road grievances amid a sparsely populated district.
