Judge drops charges in baby left in car case
Kelby Koile, 43, of Tucumcari faced felony child abuse charges for leaving her 7 month old in a hot car while she shopped July 23. Magistrate Judge Garnett found no probable cause to bind the matter over to district court and discharged the case after a hearing. Tucumcari police arrested Koile at Lowe's, and the baby was later healthy and released to family.
