New Mexico 2010 Capital Projects Bond Act Enacted
The act authorizes issuance and sale of general obligation bonds to fund capital projects for senior citizen facilities libraries public schools and higher education statewide. Proceeds finance construction renovations equipment and acquisitions with tax levies to secure repayment and a two year start for principal with ten year maturities.
