Tucumcari officer Dustin Lopez waived preliminary hearing in Quay County Magistrate Court and his case moved to the Tenth Judicial District. Judge Timothy Hodo reduced bond to 100000 with 10 percent cash, allowing release to his uncle if terms are met. Co-defendant Robert Sandoval also had bond cut to 50000.
