Parade Joins Music Showcase Lineup in Tucumcari
The New Mexico Music Showcase adds a 9 am Saturday parade down Route 66 featuring at least 25 entrants. Prizes total 600 dollars for top three, with entries open to floats vehicles bikes and walkers. Tickets sold out online but remaining outlets offer sales as organizers expect over 400 total.

Tucumcari City Commission again tabled a possible one year 50000 contract extension with Albuquerque marketing firm Sunny505 until it gets input from the Lodgers Tax Advisory Board next month. The board’s June 12 meeting was set after the Lodgers Tax Board canceled its June 5 session.
