Court D A Rose seeks halt on Day field trips again
Tenth District Attorney Tim Rose asks Judge Albert Mitchell to return 15 year old Tony Day from an Albuquerque treatment center to Quay County Detention Center. Rose argues Day could risk public safety and possible escape if allowed field trips. Day faces murder charges in the November 2012 killings of his adoptive mother Sue Day and sister Sherry Folts. Mitchell previously denied reconsideration of Day's field trips.
