Blue Swallow Motel Nearing New Owners In Tucumcari
The Blue Swallow Motel in Tucumcari is under contract to new, unnamed owners by month end after the Muellers announced a pending sale. Kevin and Nancy Mueller say the deal, begun in August 2018, followed an earlier contract that fell through in April due to health fears amid the pandemic. They note the historic Route 66 property will soon bid farewell with plans for visitors to meet the new caretakers later this year.
