Cotton Earle obituary notes long life and military service

Harrison Jeffrey Earle known as Cotton of Tucumcari NM died June 16 2012 at age 85. Born March 19 1927 in Guymon OK he served four years as Military Police in the US Army Air Corps in Europe including Anzio. Survived by sister Wanda Smith and husband Harold plus many children grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held June 20 2012 at Dunn Memorial Chapel with interment at Hayden Cemetery.

Eddie Fazekas 1939 2012 Tucumcari Army Veteran Dies

Joseph Edward Fazekas age 73 of Tucumcari died June 15 2012 in Amarillo after a long illness. He served in the US Army and worked at Tucumcari Floral and the Quay County Road Department. Memorial services are set for June 22 at St. Anne's Catholic Church with a rosary June 21. burial at Tucumcari Memorial Cemetery. He was predeceased by two sons and his parents.

Ed Lee Loyd Ed Lee, longtime educator, dies at 82

Loyd Ed Lee 82 of Artesia and San Jon New Mexico passed away June 16 2012 at home surrounded by family. He served in the Marine Corps during the Korean War and taught coached and led San Jon and Artesia schools before serving as Municipal Judge for nine years. He was remembered as a devoted husband father grandfather and mentor with a love of fishing and camping. Services are set June 19 in Artesia and June 20 in San Jose.
