Students learn business skills in Innoventure course
Four area middle school students completed a week long course developed by New Mexico State University's School of Business and Mesalands Community College. Isabel Herrera taught the class guiding students to brainstorm and develop product ideas to sell at the Tucumcari Farmer's Market. Each student received a $25 material card and Johnathan Blea reported earning $15 from duct tape wallets. Herrera may offer similar classes in the future.
