Rodeo 2016 Reserve State Champion Reflects on High School Event
Bruhn, a 2016 reserve state champion, finished 11th nationally in shooting after a rifle bolt broke mid competition costing seven minutes. He missed a target after repairs, attributing it to focus, not the rifle. The NJHR, airing on RFD-TV, features 1000 junior high entrants from 43 states and several provinces. Bruhn competes from Logan High School amid limited coaching and rising costs for transportation.
