Patrick Eugene Otero died July 16 2020 in Amarillo Texas after a life of service including six years in the National Guard. He leaves a mother sister many relatives and 7 grandchildren. Mass of Resurrection is July 21 2020 at St Anne’s Catholic Church with COVID capacity limits and a graveside service to follow.
