The New Mexico Racing Commission will seek industry and public input in two steps on whether to issue a sixth racing license. Stakeholders from NM Horse Breeders Assoc, NM Horseman Assoc, Jockeys Guild, and track operators positions will be heard. no decision is expected Thursday.
