Justin L French 31 Tucumcari faces two counts of aggravated fleeing law enforcement and other traffic charges. Additional detainees include Eugene A Gonzales 57 Tucumcari for contempt and Jesse Villasenor 39 Albuquerque for embezzlement over $250. James Tennent 40 Albuquerque charged with residential burglary larceny conspiracy and related felonies. Manuel Nelson Ramirez 32 Logan faces felony narcotic possession and wrongful public property use. Andre Walker 27 Frisco Texas faces felony narcotic possession and other charges. Several releases and transfers followed including Shelly Naylor 34 Portales and Fatima Rivas 45 Tucumcari for court orders, Joshua Brazier 32 Tucumcari transferred to the Department of Corrections, and Joseph Portillo 42 Tucumcari transferred elsewhere.

She moved to Big Springs in 1993, graduated from Big Springs High School, loved travel and music, and is survived by her mother Joanne Cordova brother Jacob Cordova sister Jess Ybarra and three nieces. A funeral service was held at San Antonio Catholic Church Logan NM with Mass of the Resurrection and burial in Logan Cemetery.

Effie Louise Pruitt born September 24 1937 in Scottsboro Alabama died June 26 2022 after a short cancer battle at home in Tucumcari New Mexico. She married Billy B Pruitt January 3 1952 in Alabama and raised nine children with him before moving to Tucumcari. Survived by sisters Sue Hartwig Thelma Williams Lillie Dixson and brothers Shorty Wilkerson Bill Wilkerson and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Arrangements were with Dunn Funeral of Tucumcari New Mexico.
