Graduation on the track caps Jim Thorpe seniors at Pocono Raceway
Janae Allure Tabb led a 126 member Jim Thorpe Area High School Class of 2020 parade at Pocono Raceway, as eight local graduations were staged on the NASCAR track to honor milestones missed by COVID 19 restrictions. The district paid 4500 dollars for the ceremony featuring diplomas handed at the finish line and a broadcast by FM radio and Jumbotron replay.
