Turquoise Health to end NM operations by March 31
Turquoise Health and Wellness will cease operations in New Mexico on March 31, affecting about 500 Centennial Care members. Manuel Preciado 64 of Tucumcari is charged with nine new counts of sexual penetration and contact of a minor, raising total felony counts to 14. State police say two teenage boys placed in his care were mistreated. he remains jailed on a 50 000 cash bond.
