Mesalands board approves annual audit and growth plans
Mesalands Community College trustees approved the annual audit noting a strong 10 to 1 current assets to liabilities ratio and minimal debt. The auditor cited pension accounting as causing a negative net position yet still stronger than peer NM Tech and NM Highlands. Fall enrollment rose to 1,068 with 6 percent more students and 6,200 credit hours, as full-time growth remains a goal.
