A 20 year old Oklahoma man Kenny Silvers was airlifted to University Hospital after a Santa Rosa police officer exchanged shots with a vehicle at Eddy and Jasmine streets following a 4 30 a.m. pursuit near a rail yard. The officer was not injured and the New Mexico DPS is leading the investigation.
