Quay County Commission Minutes Hear Appeals and Alcohol Request
The Quay County Commission met on Monday with items including an appeal discussion for Saddleback Acres Subdivision led by Tim Rose. David Frank sought Sunday alcohol service for the 12 Shores Resort Clubhouse. Larry Cooksey and Larry Moore presented monthly/road updates. The board approved 2012 2013 Resolutions No 19 and No 20 increasing Road Department Fund 402 and ASAP Other Charges Fund 516. Tom Dominguez and Richard Primrose were assigned to represent the commission at the Roswell public hearing on listing the lesser prairie chicken as a threatened species.
