Police on I-40 found bundles of marijuana weighing about 238 pounds hidden under an overpass after a crash involving Henry Alan Lowe of El Paso Texas. Lowe was treated for a head injury and then charged with distribution of marijuana and tampering with evidence at Quay County detention center.
