Tucumcari firm Pacheco Construction & Trucking filed a December 18 complaint in Tucumcari district court seeking money owed and foreclosure against Glenrio Properties LLC dba Glenrio Smoke Stop. The lien claims $104,375.27 plus 15 percent interest from November 4, plus costs and attorney fees for February work at the Glenrio site. Randy Knudson filed the case for Pacheco. Glenrio Properties did not list an attorney. Glenrio Smoke Stop founder cites disputed charges over workmanship and says a fair outcome will be reached. Glenrio, near the Texas border, opened September as recreation marijuana remained illegal. once a Route 66 hub, it declined after I-40 bypass.
