Sostenga Farm strengthens local food bridge to Northern NM College
At Northern New Mexico College a pact with Green Roots Institute and farmer Don Bustos sustains Sostenga Farm. Joseluis Ortiz and interns grow corn kale turnips and calabacitas donated to the college food pantry. The project links education health and community resilience as students learn farming and produce flows to those in need.
