Surviving are her husband W A Farrow daughter Glenda Clayton Shipp Bill of Killeen TX brother Jack Burton Lajuana of Thrall TX granddaughter Courtney Shipper Tucumcari grandson Cody Young and others. Services Aug 8 2014 at First Baptist Church Tucumcari with interment at Tucumcari Memorial Park Cemetery arranged by Dunn Funeral Home.

Merle Jay Kercheville aged 99 died July 30 2014 in Aztec NM. She lived in Quay County mostly at the Shoe Nail Ranch with husband Scott Kercheville for 45 years and is survived by multiple nieces and great nieces nephews. A Logan Cemetery graveside service is set for August 2 2014 at 10 00 AM officiated by Dale DeRaad and Edith Mack. Pallbearers include Kyle and Chad Bruhn Kenneth Scott Earle Kolby Liles and Casey Mackey. Donations may be made to Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch. Arrangements are with Dunn's Funeral Home Tucumcari NM.

Carl E. Newman age 90 of Tucumcari NM died Tuesday evening after an extended illness. He was born September 21, 1923, in Tucumcari and served in the 5th Army Air Corps during World War II. Survived by wife Redith Rudell Newman and children Carl E. Newman Jr Cheryl R. Burton Carey W. Newman, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A life celebration was held Friday August 1, 2014 at Tucumcari Memorial Park Cemetery officiated by Rev John Hinze. Arrangements by Dunn Funeral Home.
