The Nutrition and Fitness Committee of the Quay County Health Council and the Quay County Extension Service announce their third annual step challenge. Participants log in at ChallengeRunner, link a fitness tracker, and post progress with the hashtags QCSpringStep and QuayCountyOnTheMove. The challenge runs April 14 to May 25. help is available from Brenda Bishop at the Extension Office.
