Notice of a ratepayer meeting in Section 22 Township 16 Range 9 on Wednesday March 31 1336. Polls open 10 am to 4 pm. Contingent expenses listed 2500 dollars. Voter qualification statements required including age over twenty one and prior voting status.
Notice states district 49 plans to borrow twelve hundred dollars for ten years at eight percent interest. Eight dollars of the sum funds schoolhouse construction. Ratepayers will vote at Pishiwigh Dillon's store on Saturday March 20. Voters must be twenty one, not previously voting, and eligible Indians may participate.
