On Friday March 12 1826 a public sale of ten acres at the rate six percent will fund construction of a five room house costing about 375 dollars. The project includes finishing costs around 80 dollars and other contingencies. The sale opens at 10 o clock am with proceeds to aid a vote. the participant attests age and non enfranchisement and seeks no prior rewards.
Tenders are invited from millers and other bidders in the Northwest Territories and Manitoba west of the First Principal Meridian. Submissions must meet local regulations and be received by the stated deadline at the designated office.
The undersigned will offer for sale at the fair to be held on Saturday the 5th of March five heavy draft stallions a team of ropey harness horses three oxen thirty cows bearing joint by a name and age described in the notice.
