The Board of Trustees of Summerhill Protestant Public School District No 34 plans a four hundred dollar bond issue at eight percent to fund a school house and related expenses. Voting on August 21, 1886, at the polling place in Township 16 Range 0a Second Principal Meridian, Northwest Territories, for residents twenty one or older who have not voted before and have not received any reward for voting.
