Robert Williamson makes brief trip. twenty six locals picnic at Alahoe Park with supper. Ellen Hunter visits Portage relatives. Olsons of Harmony visit friends. Second ball team formed. local team may be engaged by Raw team. Mentions teaching manners to children and saving before habits form.

Frank Snyder and Naomi spent a few days with their parents here. Walter Smith of Indiana was in town Wednesday. Eva Love visited Creeksid, and Creekside worker Love returned home. Mrs Eantle McCracken was a visitor from Indiana on Thursday. Homer Downey Jr convalesces after an acute illness.
A meeting of the stockholders of the Clark Moel Hoop Co of Taweny Pa will address permanent organization adoption of by laws election of directors and officers for the new year and other business. The meeting is set for Tuesday September 1 1908 at the Municipal 1% A R M. McKibbin secretary will preside.
