Big Creek 4 H Boys Tour Highlights Farm Work
The Big Creek 4 H boys conducted a Thursday tour on June 16 with county extension director Paul Barger and youth assistant Dale DeKoster attending with parents. They visited Lynn Arthur’s dairy heifer and two baby beeves, Marvin Brecher’s two baby beeves, Kenneth Stahnke’s pig and dairy heifer, Charles Phillips’s pen of three pigs, Keith and Jim Kullmer’s 600 master mating Leghorn chickens, Duane Haberichter’s dairy heifer, and Allen Harding’s rabbits. A dinner followed at Kober’s lake where all enjoyed themselves.
