Odd Fellow and VFW members led pre-holiday cleanup with help from volunteers. Graves decorations left for ten years will be saved by request. otherwise they’ll be disposed of after the next mowing. Owned by Sid Lederman of Evansdale the store will offer variety merchandise plus men s women s and children s apparel infant items gym clothes and work shoes. It is managed by Tom and Diana Scoggins with remodeling complete and a grand opening planned for late June.

Special guest Father Robert Cizek of St. Ludmillas Cedar Rapids will attend. ground breaking was July 23 1967 and the church hall and rectory were dedicated May 27 1968.
