Difficulties Continue in Funeral Procession Through Snow

Heavy snow hindered road opening for the funeral and burial of Mrs William Benorden near Jubilee last Sunday. About fifty to sixty men from La Porte Cay helped, delaying the burial by about an hour. A physician was required to trek two miles to reach a patient in critical condition.

The marriage of Nass Dorothy Wagner and Lloyd Kruse was announced late this week. The bride is the daughter of Mr and Mrs Matt Wagner and grew up locally. Kahler scored eight points, directed offense, and tops his team with twenty-two points in the meet. he is son of Mrs. Lewis Kahler and graduated from local high school in 1933.
